Wade Mountain, owned by the Land Trust of North Alabama, features approximately 13 miles of trail. Most of the trail from the main parking lots off of either Pulaski Pike or Spragins Hollow are rocky hand-cut singletrack similar to much of the Land Trust properties around Huntsville. A climb up Devils Racetrack and back down Shovelton and Rock Wall will make for a challenging adventure!

Wade Mountain is a shared recreational system with HORSES, hikers, and bikers. Remember: HORSES always have the right-of-way. Please stop, pull over, and speak calmly to the riders of any horses that you encounter to learn what they need you to do. This will keep everyone safe and happy on the shared trails!

The Flemming Trail (.08 mi), NICA Trail (1.3 mi), and Low Peak Trail (0.4 mi) are accessed from Fleming Trailhead and were designed as a training area for beginner/intermediate level mountain bikers. There is no parking at the Flemming Trailhead, but these trails can be accessed from the Spragins Hollow Road access point.
